Outreach & Discovery
A simple phone call is the starting point, where we’ll explore what your adventure goals are, and start the process of curating your ultimate dream adventure.
2.
We Kick Into Gear
Having a clear picture of your objectives and creating the adventure brief, our Adventure Design team will get to work on curating a range of adventure itineraries with our key partners and adventure experts. Their creative thinking will flow, and they’ll custom-build an adventure specifically for you, pairing your dream with the perfect parts of New Zealand.

Your Adventure Proposal
We’ll then put our findings in front of you. You’ll have the opportunity to dive in and find what you’re drawn to. All your options will be 100% unique, custom-built just for you, and of course - filled with our trademark mix of adventure, luxury, and absolute exclusivity.
4.
The Final Masterpiece
Once you’ve selected your adventure we’ll begin finalizing the masterpiece. Our logistics and operations team will tune-up every detail of your final itinerary based on your preferences. Here we’ll undertake a risk assessment of the adventure, finalize any pre-departure planning and share your creation for final sign-off,

The Build Up
Our logistics team will help you prepare for your arrival and entrance into another world. Building custom gear lists, developing physical preparation programs, intros to our on-the-ground team, and ensuring any pre-departure requirements are taken care of, meaning you can simply get ready for your adventure.
6.
Go Time
Our team will be on call and on the ground with you every step of the way. Your assigned Adventure Expert will be available around the clock throughout the duration of your custom-built adventure to take care of every detail as we share our adventurous backyard with you.
